KINGMAN – Iaac N. Walters, 69, Kingman, retired General Motors employe, was dead on arrival Saturday at St. Elizabeth Hospital at Danville, Ill. Born at Newton, he was a member of Cayuga Christian Church. Survivors are his widow, Louie Tate Walters; four daughters. Mrs. Joyce Lucas of Marshall, Mrs. Sharon Payne of Arlington, Tex., Carol Walters of Kingman, and Mrs. Linda Overmeyer of Rome, N.Y.; and seven grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Rice Funeral Home at Marshall with the Rev. Donald Strohl officiating. Burial will be in Poplar Grove Cemetery at Marshall. Isaac N. Walters, 69, of Kingman Route 1, was pronounced dead on arrival Saturday, Dec. 25, 1976, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Danville.

  Born June 1, 1907, in Newtown, Ind., he was the son of John and Lillian Cox Walters. He was married to Louie Tate, who survives.

  Other survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Joyce Lucas of Marshall, Mrs. Sharon Payne of Arlington, Texas, Carol at home and Mrs. Linda Overmeyer of Rome, N. Y., and seven grandchildren.

  Mr. Walters was retired from the General Motors Foundry at Tilton and was a member of the Cayuga Christina Church.
